About

Baozigou is a grape-growing village and scenic area in Hebo Town, Lulong County, surrounded by hills near the 40th parallel — good grape-growing latitude that has earned it the nickname "Turpan by the Bohai Sea." Grapes have been cultivated here for over 300 years, and roughly 1,500 mu of farmland now grow Rose Honey and other varieties such as Sunshine Rose and Kyoho. Since 2002 the village has combined grape farming with rural tourism, offering fruit picking, rock formations, hilltop views, and lakeside fishing. It is a recognized national agri-tourism demonstration site, popular for family fruit-picking trips.

By car

Take the Jing-Ha Expressway to the Changlu Road, then head east on Changlu Road for about 1 km. It can be combined with a visit to nearby Changli Grape Valley.
