Hongxing Industrial Culture Park is built around the production site of Qinhuangdao Hongxing Steel Group in Changli's circular-economy industrial park, covering about 285,000 square meters as a national 3A-rated industrial tourism site. Visitors can observe the steelmaking process up close, tour a museum tracing the company's nearly 20-year history, and see a carbon-neutrality demonstration zone alongside performances of local Changli intangible-heritage arts.
